"Each and all of the terms and provisions of the forego- ing form of notice are hereby adopted as the terms and conditions of said bonds and of the sale thereof. Mayor Attest: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was 'duly seconded by Member Foss, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Foss, Rahn Reiss, Stark, Stasel; and the following voted against the same: None; where- upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted and was signed by the Mayor, which was attested by the Clerk. Resolution No, 20 October 6, 1953 Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION CANCELLING AD VALOREM TAXES COLLECTIBLE FOR 1953 GENERAL P'ROP'ERTY TAXES FOR SUBSEQUENT YEARS IN CONNECTION WITH STREET IMPROVEMENT FUNDS NUMBERS 11, 12 and 13 WHEREAS the Village Council did by resolution adopted March 15, 1950, levy a special ad valorem tax for the payment of principal and interest on Street Improvement Funds Numbers 11 and 12 for bonds issued in connection therewith, said ad valorem tax being.in the amount of Seven Thousand Seventy (07070.00) Dollars being collectible with and as a part of other general property taxes of said Village for the year of 1951 and subsequent years; and WHEREAS the Village Council did by resolution adopted October 17, 1950, levy a special ad valorem tax for the pay- ment of principal and interest on Street Improvement Fund Number 13 for bonds issued in connection therewith, said ad valorem tax being in the amount of Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars; and
