NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of
the Village of Golden Valley that the Engineers are hereby
authorized and instructed to proceed with and complete the
work provided for in said .Article VI of said agreement insofar
only as said work relates to construction of a trunk sewer
system within Sewer District No. l as laid out by the Engineers,
and within the City of Minneapolis,
BE IT FURTHER PROVIDED, that the Engineers shall be compen-
sated for the work provided for herein in the manner and to the
extent provided for in Article VII of the agreement of Septem-
ber 2nd, 1952, hereinbefore referred to.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Member Bies, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies,
Rahn, Huebsch, Stark, Foss; and the following voted against
the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature
attested by the Clerk.

moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING DIVISION OF CONSTRUCTION COSTS
OF A JOINT SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Golden Valley that the Village of Golden Valley hereby ac-
cepts and agrees to Proposal No. 1 concerning a joint san-
itary sewer system in Golden Valley Sewer District No. 1 as
the same was advanced by -Crystal at a joint meeting of the
two Councils held on January 13th, 1954, and made definite
as an offer by Crystal at a joint meeting of the two Councils
held January 18th, 1954, which offer provides for payment for
construction of a trunk sewer from the intersection of Russell
