#033 01-19-54 Confirm Construction Joint Sanitary Sewer Interceptor"gt 1 1 1 NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the Engineers are hereby authorized and instructed to proceed with and complete the work provided for in said .Article VI of said agreement insofar only as said work relates to construction of a trunk sewer system within Sewer District No. l as laid out by the Engineers, and within the City of Minneapolis, BE IT FURTHER PROVIDED, that the Engineers shall be compen- sated for the work provided for herein in the manner and to the extent provided for in Article VII of the agreement of Septem- ber 2nd, 1952, hereinbefore referred to.
