H. #100 on the basis of construction cost payment by Crystal of 43%. thereof and by Golden Valley of 57% thereof and which limits the maximum sewage contribution of Crystal to 7.9 cfs. which offer is accepted subject to the finalization and execution of a written contract between the parties covering the con- struction and maintenance of said joint sewer.. Mayor Atte The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Foss, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Rahn, Huebsch, Stark, Foss; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. RESOLUTION ADOPTED by the Village Council Resolution No. -IL "II February 2, 1954 Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MINNEAPOLIS PARK BOARD FOR PERMISSION AND A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT SANITARY SEWER ACROSS MINNEAPOLIS PARK BOARD PROPERTY WHEREAS, Villages of Golden Valley and Crystal, Hennepin County, State., of Minnesota, both have contracts with the City of Minneapolis for the disposal of sanitary sewage through the the Minneapolis sewer system, and WHEREAS, in order to connect the joint sewer system of. 1 1 1 1 1 Golden Valley and Crystal with the sewer system of Minneapolis and provide for an outlet for sewage of Golden Valley and Crystal in Minneapolis, it is necessary to construct a sanitary sewer across Minneapolis Park Board property, and WHEREAS, the proposed sewer will serve both the Village of Golden Valley and the Village of Crystal, and WHEREAS, attached are drawings showing the approximate location of the proposed sanitary sewer, which location as contemplated and shown on the attached drawing is approxi- mately the same and in the same location as shown on the com- prehensive plan of the Minneapolis - St. Paul sanitary district which has heretofore been adopted by the City of Minneapolis, and WHEREAS, said drawings are by this reference made a part hereof, Fust as fully as though set forth herein, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the Village of Golden Valley hereby requests the Minneapolis Park Board for permission and a permit to construct said sewer across Minneapolis Park Board property as shown in the attached drawings, together with the right to have access to said sanitary sewer, for pur- poses of construction and maintenance, Attes Mayor erk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bies, and"upon vote being taken thereon', the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Rahn, Huebsch, Stark , Foss; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
