1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
hereto attached and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official newspaper and in the Construction Bul-
letin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such im-
provement under such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement shall be published once, shall specify the work
to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and consid-
ered by the Oouncil at 7:30 o'clock P.T"1. on the 13th day of
April, 1954 in the Council chambers of the Village Hall, and
that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check,
bid bond, or certified check, payable to the Village of Golden
Valley for 5% of the amount bid.

Member Stark introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LAND USE
PERMISSION GRANTED BY
HOFF RUBBER STAMP CO., INC.
WHEREAS, by letter dated February 26, 1954, the Hoff Rub-
ber Stamp Co., Inc., by Henry Hoff, President, has granted the
Village of Golden Valley and its employees permission to use
the north ten (10) feet of Lot 39 Auditor's Subdivision 360,
was duly
seconded by
Member Rahn, and upon vote being taken
thereon,
the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies,
Huebsch,
Rahn, Stark;
and the following voted against the
same: None (Foss not
voting); whereupon said resolution was
declared
duly passed
and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and
his signature attested by the Clark.
