#053 06-15-54 Approve Improvement TH 188 (2)1 resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. Resolution No. 53 June 15, 1954 Member Stark introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND GRADE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF TRUCK HIGHWAY NO. 188." WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Golden Valley, by resolution dated October 6, 1953, approved the plans and specifications and grade for the construction, reconstruction and improvement of Truck Highway No. 188, renumbered 55, through the Village of Golden Valley as shown upon the plans attached to said resolution, and WHEREAS,'the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota, is desirous of making certain changes in said plans to eliminate certain cross overs between the traffic lanes at approximate Engineerts Stations 1661-55; 1677•-50 and 1686-25 and between the east bound traffic lane and the south service road at approximate Engineerts Station 1693-60, all shown on the attached map presented herewith and made a part of this resolution; and WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of said village that said cross overs be eliminated, all as indicated on said map; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said village hereby approves and consents to the elimination of cross overs between the traffic lanes at approximate Engineerts Stations 1661-55;'1677-50 and 1686-25 and between the east bound traffic lane and the south service road at approximate Engineerts Station 1693-60, as shown on the attached map.
