#057 07-06-54 Order Construction Street and Sidewalk Improvementsr' LJ Resolution No, 57 July 6, 1954 Member Stark introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN STREET AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a hearing held this day at 7:30 o1clock P.M. at the Village Hall in said Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, has hereby determined to proceed with the construction of some of certain proposed street and sidewalk improvements and to do the following proposed work: a, To construct the improvement numbered 6 in the above described notice of public hearing. b. To construct the improvement numbered 8 in the above described notice of public hearing, expending there- for, however, not to exceed $500,00, c. To construct the improvement numbered 11 in the above described notice of public hearing, eliminating therefrom, however, the construction of a sidewalk along Noble Avenue from Culver Road to 34th Avenue North. d. To construct the improvement numbered 10 in the above described notice of public hearing. e. To construct the. -improvements numbered l and 4 in the above described notice of public hearing; provided, however, that the paving to be installed shalthconsist only of oiling with bituminous material. The above described improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the description of them contained in said notice of public hearing, 2. The Council finds and determines that the proceedings for the above improvements were instituted to the governing body of the village at substantially the same dates and determines that the above improvements, although separately instituted, can be more economically completed if con- solidated and joined as one project, and therefore consoli- dates the above proceedings for the above improvements. M -f 3. Said consolidated improvement is hereby designated as Street and Sidewalk Improvement No. 18 of the Village, 4.
