#144 02-07-56 Vacate Parkview BlvdResolution No. 144 February 7, 1956 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION VACATING STREETS (PARKVIEW BOULEVARD, ETC.) TEAS, a petition of the owners of more than 51% of the real property fronting on the following described streets: Parkview Boulevard from its intersection with Zenith Avenue North to its intersection with Manor Drive (formerly North Valley View Drive), Private Lane, running East and West from Brunswick Avenue North to Private Lane, running North and South, now known as Zane Avenue North. Zane Avenue North from St. Croix Avenue to the North Line of Block Six (6) Yarnell's Golden Valley Outlots. has been duly filed with the Village Council, and the Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice of public hearing on a petition to vacate said streets, duly publishhed, and has heard all interested persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that said portions of said streets be vacated, NSP' THERMRE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said portions of said streets as the same are now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of said Village be, and the same hereby are, vacated; and the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to file a copy of this resolution in the office of the Register of Deeds, or Registrar of Titles, as the case may be, in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stark and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark and Teresi; and the folloidng voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. yAr
