RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE
OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS
as follows:
This indenture, made this A 7 ` day of -, , 1956, between the State
of Minnesota, as party of the 71 st part, —a—npTllage of Golden Valley, a
governmental subdivision, as party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the land hereinafter described was duly forfeited to the State of
Minnesota for nonpayment of taxes, and,
SAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 282.01, the party of the
second part has.applied to the Commissioner of Taxation for conveyance of
lands hereinafter described to be used by it exclusively for drainage
purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota, has r_9commedded to the Commissioner of Taxation by resolution
adopted on the �... day of , 1956, that such conveyance be made,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said party of
the -second part so long as it shall continue to use said land for the pur-
poses aforesaid, and upon condition that if such use shall cease said land
shall revert to the party of the first part as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Stark and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Ragan, Stark, and Teresi, and the following
voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
