#162 06-05-56 Construction Public Improvements348 Resolution No. 162 June 5, 1956 Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota as follows: 1. That at a hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall in the Village of Golden Valley, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested, and being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for said Village in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice. 2. Said public improvements herein ordered constructed, with the exemption of the sanitary sewer improvement referred to in said notice of public hearing, are hereby consolidated and the consolidated improve- ments shall be known as Improvement No. 20. 3. The Engineer of the Village is hereby designated as Engineer for Improvement No. 20 and is hereby instructed to prepare plans and specifications for the same. 4. The cost of Improvement No. 20 (and of the sanitary sewer improve- ment referred to in said notice of public hearing) shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. A The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bies and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
