#168 06-26-56 Order Construction Public Improvements0 Resolution No. 168 June 26, 1956 Member Stark introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a hearing and re hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at Meadowbrook School in the Village of Golden Valley, after notice of said hearing and re -hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested, and being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for said Village in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice. 2. Said public improvements herein ordered constructed, with the exception of the sanitary sewer improvement referred to in said notice of public hearing, are hereby consolidated and the consolidated improvements shall be known as Improvement No. 20. 3. Final plans and specifications for said public improvements, exclusive of the sanitary sever improvement referred to in said notice of public hearing and re -hearing heretofore prepared by the Engineer of the Village in accordance with instructions of the Village Council, have been examined and are hereby approved as final plans and specifications for said public improvement. 4. The cost of Improvement No. 20 shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing and re -hearing. ATT �YVA'.v The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Rahn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his°signature attested by the Clerk.
