#185 09-04-56 Constuct Cloverleaf Highway 12 and County Road 18Resolution No. 185 September 4. 1956 Member Rahn Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CLOVERLEAF ON HIGHWAY #12 and COUNTY ROAD #18., GR=D SEPARATION WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 12, within the corporate limits of the Village of Golden Valley from tka 0.22 mile west to 0.30 mile east of Jet. S.A.R.; and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 2714-39 (Bridge) & S.P. 2714-38 (T.H. 12=10); and WHEREAS said specifications are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as SP. 2714-39 (Bridge) and S.P. 2714-38 (T.H. 12510), which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construc- tion, dated July 1, 1947, and Supplement No. 1 to the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, effective April 15, 1953, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway No. 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 12; and WHEREAS copies of said plansand specifications as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and specifications" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described. NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 12 within the limits of the Village of Golden Valley be and hereby are approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans and specifications be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construc- tion of said Trunk Highway No. 10 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 12 in accordance with said plans and specifications. ATTE Resolution No. 185 (continued) September 4, 1956 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stark and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thererf: Bies, Rahn, Stark, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
