#202 11-13-56 Vacate Plymouth AvenueResolution No. 202 November 13, 1956 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUi`ION VACATING A PORTION OF PLYMOUTH AVENUE WHEREAS, a petition of the majority of the owners of real property fronting on a line of the streets and portions of streets described below, has been duly filed with the Village Council, and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice embracing a copy of said petition duly pub- lished and posted, and has heard all interested persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that siad streets and portions of streets be vacated, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that the streets and portions of streets described below, as the same are now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of said Village be, and the same hereby are, vacated: Commencing at a point two hundred eight and ninety- eight hundredths (208.98) feet south of the North quarter corner of Section Thirty-one (31), Township One Hundred Eighteen (118) North of Range Twenty-one (21) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, according to the Government Survey thereof; thence South Fifty- six degrees, Fifty minutes (560501) West, One Hundred Fifty and Four -tenths (150.4) feet on a tangent; thence in a Southwesterly direction on a curve to the right with a radius of Two Hundred Eighty-six and eighty- nine hundredths (286.89) feet, One Hundred Ninety-seven and Ninety hundredths (197.90) feet; thence North Eighty-four (84) degrees and Forty-five (45) minutes West, Two Hundred Fifty and Five tenths (250.5) feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction on curve to the right; with a radius of Two Hundred Eighty -seven. --and Ninety hundredths (297.90) feet, One Hundred Eighty and Sixty-five hundredths (180.65) feet; thence North Forty-eight degrees and Thirty-four minutes (480340 West Six hundred Twenty-five and Ninety hundredths (625.90) feet to the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township One Hundred Eighteen (118), Range Twenty-one (21), and is the center line of a road Sixty (60) feet wide; also a road Thirty (30) feet in width, the--Y&8t`J!1jie of which commences at a point where.the North and South center line intersects the Northerly line of the Luce Electric Line right-of-way; thence North along the said center line Two Hundred Eighty-two and Fifty-six hundredths (282.56) feet. E� Resolution No. 202 (continued) November 13, 1950 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stark and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark, and Teresi; and the following "voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his sign ature attested by the Clerk. 1 G D
