#002 01-22-57 Order Lateral Sewer Improvements 4a & 4bResolution No. 2 Janaary 22,91957 Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LATERAL SEWER IMPROVEMTS 4(a) and 4(b) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valleys Minnesota as follows, 1. That at a hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at Meadow - brook School in the Village of Golden Valleys after notice of said hearing duly published,as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interesteds and being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of Lateral Sewer Improvements 4(a) and 4(b) for said Villages in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice. Said improvements insofar as they are located in Trunk Sanitary Seger District No. 2 are hereby designated as Lateral Serer Improvement No. 4(a). Said improvements insofar as they are located in Trunk Sani- tary Districts No. 1 and No. 3s are hereby designated as Lateral Seger Improvements No. 4(b) 2. It is hereby specifically determined that construction of Lateral Sanitary* Sewer Improvement No. 4(a) shall not be undertaken in the following locations In Glenwood Avenue from its intersection with Turners Crossroad westerly to its intersection with Edgewood Avenue. 3. The cost of said improvements shall be paid out of special assess- ments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. G.M.Orr Engineering Company are hereby designated as consulting engineers for the construction of Lateral Sewer Improvements 4(a) and 4(b), and they are hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible dates all in accordance with the contract(s) heretofore existing between the Village and said engineers; and tz7se. or test: g er The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Teresisand upon vote being taken thereon,the following members voted in favor thereof, Bies,Nadasdys Rahn, Stark, Teresi, and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
