Member Teresi then introduced and read the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION VACATING ALLEY AND STREET
IN LAKEVIEW' HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHE REAS, a petition of the majority of the owners of real property,
fronting on the line of the aney and the s'tr'eet described below ` hs
been duly filed with the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice
of public hearing duly published and posted, and has heard all in-
terested persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that
said portions of said alley and said street be vacated,NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
that the alley and street described below, as the same are now dedi-
cated and laid out within the corporate limits of said Village, be,
and the same hereby are, vacated.
Description of Alley and Street
All of the alley in Block 9 as shown on the plat of Lake-
view Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota, on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Minneapolis,
Minnesota.
Also, all of Fries Place, lying between Blocks 8 and 9 as
shown on the plat of Lakeview Heights, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds, Minneapo s, M sot,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bies Teresi Nadasny and Stark ; and the following voted
against the same; Une, whereupon said resolution was declared duIy
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by
the Clerk.
