#010 02-19-57 Mandatory County Relief AdministrationResolution No_ 10 February 19,1957 Member Stark introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION NO.1O,1957,AGAINST MANDATORY COUNTY RELIEF ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, placing Rural Hennepin County on a County system, of direct relief, to be administered under the County Welfare Board would not' be in the best interest of Rural Hennepin County, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Golden Valley go on record as opposed to the adoption of County Relief Bill, H.F.72 and S.F.60, as introduced in the 1957 session of the Minnesota State Legislature. FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be sent to all Rural Hennepin County Legislators, the Public Welfare Committee of the House and Senate, and to all local governmental bodies in Rural Hennepin County. mayor A To age er The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly 4econded by Member Teresi, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Bies, Nadasdy, Stark and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon the Mayor declared said resolution duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
