#011 02-19-57 Provide Assessments Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvements No. 2Resolution No. 11 M February 19,1957 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARIM ON ASSESSMENTS FOR LATERAL SANITAMI SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 2(a) ARID 2 (b ) (Hope Chest and Jersey Avenue) HE IT RESOLVED,, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden galleys Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for Lateral Sanitary Sever Improvements Nos. 2(a) and 2(b), and now on file in the office of the Clerkp is hereby approved as the proposed assessments for said improvement,, and thisCouncil shall meet at the time and place indicated in the notice set forth in paragraph 2 hereof for the purpose of pass- ing'upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be published in the Suburban Press.. the official newspaper of this municipality at least two weeks before the date of said meeting, which notice shall be in substantially the following foxes: NOTICE OF HEAVING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT k NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,, that the Village Council of -,the Vilage of Golden Valley.. will meet in the Village Hall: ,tt' 7:30 o"�ali "04. on Tuesday, March 12, 1957, to pass upon the proposed assessmeit=for Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 2(a) and 2(b), which sanitary sewer improvements are described as set forth below. The following is the area proposed to be assessed: All property abutting on Jersey Avenue extended from its intersection with Western. Avenue extended, southerly to its intersection with Laurel Avenue extended. All property in Hope Chest Addition, and all property on streets which abut on Hope Chest Addition. The general nature of said improvements is the installation of lateral sanitary sewers to serve the above described areas.
