#018 03-19-57 Award Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvements No. 4a & 4bM Resolution No, 18 March 19,1957 Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR LATERAL SANITARY SEWER IMFROVEKENTS N0. 4(a) and 4(b) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley! Minaesotas as follows: 1. It is hereby founds determined and declared, that the lowest responsible bidder for work and materials necessary for the con- struction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvements No. 4(a) and 4(b), is as followsr Portion of Work Base Amount Name of Bidder Bid on and Accepted of Bid Orfei & Mariani & Sonssinc. Section "A" $750s749.41 Orfei & Mariani & Sons,Inc. Section "B" 2149672.33 and that the bids submitted'by said bidder listed above are in all respects in accordance with law and with the published advertise- ment for bids, and with plans and specifications heretofore approved by the Council and now on file and of record in the office of the Village Clerk; and that the Engineer employed by theVillage has recommended that said bids be accepted and said bids are hereby accepted, 1,4 '. 2.
