#024 04-10-57 Order Condemnation Lateral Sewers 4a& 4b1 1 C� Resolution No. 24 April 10,1957 Nember Teresi introduced and read the following resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION ORDERIM CONDEMNATION (LATERAL SEWERS 4(a) and (b) ) WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public in- terest that the Village of Golden Valley establish a certain lateral sanitary sewer improvement and acquire easements over certain land for said im- provement, and WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary to acquire easements as set forth in the following legal descriptions, namely: PANEL N0.1 erman adtke and Amelia Radtke A Ten (10) foot perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes, and a Forty (40) foot temporary construction easement, said temporary ease- ment.to expire on or before September 30,1958, over and across that part of Government Lot Five (5), Section Four (4), Township One Hundred Seventeen (7.1.7), Range Twenty-one (21), lying North of Superior Boule- vard, the centerline of said easements being a line drawn parallel with and Twenty (20) feet South as measured at right angles from the North line of said Government Lot Five (5).
