Resolution No. 41 May 14,1957
Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF
AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR A CERTAIN LATERAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 4(c)
(Hampshire Okks)and(Winnetka and 23rd)
BE IT RESOLVED -by the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M.,
at the Village Hall in the Village of Golden. Valley, after notice of said
hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the
views of all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent
facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of a certain
Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvement 4(c) for said Village, in accordance
with the description bf said improvement contained in said notice.
Said improvement is hereby designated as Lateral Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 4(c) (Hampshire Oaks) and (Winnetka and 23rd).
2. The cost of said improvement shall be paid out of special
assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
3. G.M. Orr Engineering Company are hereby designated as
consulting engineers for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement 4(c) Hampshire Oaks, and they are hereby authorized, ordered
and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said im-
provement and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the
earliest possible date, all in accordance with the constract(s) hereto-
fore existing between the Village and said engineers; and not otherwise.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Rahn and,upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark, Teresi and the follow-
ing voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested
by the Clerk.
