#046 06-04-57 Order Public Improvement Murri-Mac Sanitary Sewer1_14 Resolution No. 46 June 4, 1957. Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF A CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT (Murri-Mac Sanitary Sewer) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a hearing held on this day at 7:00 o'clock P.M.., at the Village Hall in the Village of Golden Valley, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construc- tion of a certain proposed public improvement for said Village, in accordance with the description of said improvement contained in said notice; as follows: Improvement of the area described in said notice of public hearing (Murri-Mac) by installation of a lateral sanitary sewer. Said improvement shall be constructed in conjunction with other lateral sanitary sewers to be constructed in 1957 and 1958, and is hereby consolidated with said projects (4 (a) (b) and (c). 2. The cost of said improvement shall be paid out of special assess- ments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 3. The Village Engineer (G.M.Orr Company) is hereby designated as engineers for the construction of this public improvement; said com- pany has heretofore prepared final plans and specifications for said improvement and presented them to the Council, and the same have been and hereby are approved. Attest VMage Clerk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn,Stark, Teresi, and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor'A-n his signature attested by the Clerk.
