#049 06-04-57 Order Public Improvement Western Ave Fund 21eResolution No. 49 June 4, 1957 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFI- CATIONS FOR A CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT (Western Avenue paving only - Fund 21(e) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at the Village Hall in the Village of Golden Valley, after notice of said hearing duly published as required bylaw, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construc tion of a certain proposed public improvement for said Village, in accordance with the description of said improvement contained in said notice; as follows: Improvement of Western Avenue East from County Road 18 for a distance of One Thousand (1000) feet. Further consideration of all other proposed improvements described in said notice and heretofore considered at this meeting is hereby indefinitely postponed and the public hearing thereon is hereby indefinitely continued. Said improvement of Western Avenue is hereby designated as Public Improvement Fund 21 (e). 2. The cost of said improvement shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 3. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the construction of proposed Public Improvement, Fund 21-e, and he is hereby authorized ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvement and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible date.
