RESOLUTION ORDERING CONDEMNATION
(Various Trunk and Lateral Sewers
Including General Mills Area)
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of Golden Valley establish certain sanitary
sewer improvements and acquire easements over certain land for said
improvements, and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary to
acquire easements as set forth in the following legal descriptions,
namely:
Parcel 42.
A perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes over
and across the East Five (5) feet of Tract A.
Registered Land Survey No. 30, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the East
line thereof, and a temporary construction easement

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Golden Valley proceed to procure said
easements and title thereto, under its right of eminent domain, and that
the Village Attorney be instructed and directed to file the necessary petitins
therefor, and to prosecute such action to a successful conclusion,.or until
it -is abandoned, dismissed, or terminated by the Village or by the Court;
and that the Village Attorney, the Mayor, and the Clerk, do all things
necessary to be done in the commencement, prosecution, and successful termin-
ation of such action.
Adopted by the Village Council this 4th day of June, 1957.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof= Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark, and Teresi; and.the following
voted against the same:. None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the
Clerk.
