#062 07-09-57 Consolidate Sanitary Sewer No. 4c162 Resolution No. 62 July 9, 1957 Member Rahn introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoptions RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING THE MURRI-MAC LATERAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT WITH LATERAL SANITARY SEWER VMOVE�= NO. 4 (C) WHEREAS, proceedings have heretofore been taken for the construction of certain lateral sanitary sewers in the Village, referred to as Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 4 (c), said improvements having been ordered made by resolutions of the Council adopted on April 16 and Nay 14, 1957s and WHEREAS, proceedings have been taken by this Council for the con- struction of a lateral sanitary sewer improvement, referred to as Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 4 (a) and 4(b) - Muni -Mac, the same having been ordered made by resolution of the Council adopted on June 4. 1957, and WHEREAS, bids were taken for all of the lateral sanitary sewer construction above described on Jane 4, 1957, and the contract awarded in accordance with the bids received on the same date, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that proceedings for all of the above im- provements were instituted by the Village Council under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, at substatially the same dates, and although said improvements were separately instituted, they can be more economically completed if consolidated and joined as one project, and said proceedings are hereby consolidated, and all subsequent proceedings for said improvements shall be conducted in all respects as if the various separate proceedings had originally been instituted as one proceeding, which is hereby designated as "Lateral Sanitary Sewer Improvement.No. 4(c)". The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stark and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark, and Teresa.; and the following voted against the samet None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1
