Member Rahn then introduced the following resolution and MOVED its
adoptions
"RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF AND DIRECTING PREPARATION
OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS (FUND 21) (e) WESTERN AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE"
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, as follows
1. That at a hearing held on this day at 700 o'clock P.M., at the
Village Hall in the Village of Golden Valley, after notice of said hearing
duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of
all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts,
does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of a certain proposed
public improvement for said Village, in accordance with the description of
said improvement contained in said notice.
Said improvement is hereby designated as Public Improvement, Fund
21 (e) .
2. The cost of said improvement shall be paid out of special assess-
ments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
3. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the
construction of proposed Public Improvement, Fund 21 (e) and he is hereby
authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications
for said improvement and submit the same to the Village Council for approval
at the earliest possible dAt-e.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing members voted in favor thereofe Bies, Rahn, Nadasdy, Stark, Teresi;
and.the following voted against the sames None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly �pLssed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
