#080 08-27-57 Order Dust Treatment Westbrook RoadResolution No. 80 August 27, 1957 Member Bies then introduced and read the following resolution and MOVED its adoptiont "RESOLUTION ORDERING DUST TREATMENT FOR A CERTAIN STREET (Westbrook Road) Pursuant to the provisions of M.S.A. 129.101, et seq., and the provisions of the Village Code, Section 127.01, et seq., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED, 1. That the street described above be improved by dust treatment, including maintenance work incidental and necessary to such treatment. Such work shall be done by direct purchase of the necessary materials, and the employment of day labor. 2. That the Village Engineer sha11 keep a record of the cost of such work done on such street, and shall report such information to the Village Clerk. 4. That the costs of said improvement shall be paid from the village's fund known as the Public Improvement Revolving Fund, said fund to be re- imbursed by fund transfer when funds are available as the result of the levying of special assessments herein authorized or when bond money is available 5. That the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to transmit forth- with, a copy of this resolution to the Village Engineer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Stark and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereoft Bies, Nadasdy, Stark, and Teresi; and the following voted against the samet None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. 3. That on or before September 1, 1958, the Clerk shall prepare an assessment roll, assessing all costs of such work reported to him by the Village Engineer against each separate lot and parcel of land benefited by such work, and shall present said roll to of such special assessments shall be payable the Village Council. All in a single installment, with interest thereon at the rate of size per cent (6%) per annum. 4. That the costs of said improvement shall be paid from the village's fund known as the Public Improvement Revolving Fund, said fund to be re- imbursed by fund transfer when funds are available as the result of the levying of special assessments herein authorized or when bond money is available 5.
