#082 09-04-57 Order Public Improvement Lateral Sewer 4c Minter1 Resolution No, 82 September 4, 1957 Member Starkthen introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: TMRESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF A CERTAIN PROPOSED PUBLIC iMPROVEMSIJT (Lateral Sewer It (c) - Minter) BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That at a hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village at 8030 Floyd B. Olson Memorial Highway in the Village of Golden Valley, .after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of a certain proposed public improvement for said Village, in accordance with the description of said improvement contained in said notice; as followsa Improvement of the area described in said notice of public hearing (Minter) by installation of a lateral sanitary sewer. Said improvement shall be'constructed in conjunction with other lateral sanitary sewers to be constructed in 1957 and 1958, and is hereby consolidated with said projects 4(a) (b) and (c). 2. The cost of said improvement shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public.hearing. 3. The Engineer is hereby designated as the G. M. Orr Engineering Go. for the construction of Proposed Public Improvement, Lateral Sever 4(c) - Minter, and is hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said improvement and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted 3n favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Rahn, Stark and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
