Dec6iber 4., 1,957 Member Bies iptroduced the following resolution and MVED its adoption: "RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION" BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of theVillageof Golden Valley.. MLnnesota,, that the special bond election held in and for said Village on December 3., 1957, has been in all respects duly conducted pursuant to notice thereof duly published and posted., and the returns thereof have been canvassed by this Council in accordance with law, and it is hereby found and determined that the votes cast upon the question submitted to the lectors at said election were as follows Shall the Village of Golden Valley borrow money and issue its negotiable coupon general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $150.,000,, for the erection and 'equipment of a civic center, including a Village Hall and offices, public library., civil defense head- quarters., fire station., police station, garages and general municipal facilities, using also for such pur- pose funds contributed to6-the Village for this purpose?
