"RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS
OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION"
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of theVillageof Golden Valley..
MLnnesota,, that the special bond election held in and for said Village on
December 3., 1957, has been in all respects duly conducted pursuant to
notice thereof duly published and posted., and the returns thereof have been
canvassed by this Council in accordance with law, and it is hereby found
and determined that the votes cast upon the question submitted to the
lectors at said election were as follows
Shall the Village of Golden Valley borrow money and
issue its negotiable coupon general obligation bonds
in an amount not exceeding $150.,000,, for the erection
and 'equipment of a civic center, including a Village
Hall and offices, public library., civil defense head-
quarters., fire station., police station, garages and
general municipal facilities, using also for such pur-
pose funds contributed to6-the Village for this purpose?

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Teresi, and on roll call, there were four AYES and No NAYS, As

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

(3) I find said extract to be a true, correct and complete transcript
from the original minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date indicated in said extract, including
any resolutions adopted at such meeting, insofar as they relate to
$150,000 Civic Center Bonds of the Village; and
(4) said meeting was duly held, pursuant to call and notice thereof as
required by law.

issuing $150,000 Civic Center Bonds, and of the form of official bond ballot
provided for the use of voters at said election.
