Resolution No, 116 January 7, 1958 Abmber Teresi introduced and read the following written resolution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A LATERAL SANITARY SEWER. MROVENENT (LATERAL SANITARY SEWERS - PROJECT no. 58-L.F.) (1,2,3,4,5,7,91101111121 13, 14, 15, 15A, 17 and 18) BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 398, Session Laws of Minnesota, 1953, this Council proposes to construct a certain lateral sani- tary sewer improvement within the Village as stated in the form of notice included in Paragraph 4 hereof. 2. The G. M. Orr Engineering Company, the engineers designated for the project, has reported to the Council advising it in a preliminary way that the proposed lateral sanitary sewer improvement is feasible and that it should best be made as proposed and not connection with some other improve- ment, and has given its estimated cost of the improvement as followsa Total cost of improvements $1,580,000.00 3. The Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice included 3x1. paragraph 4 hereof for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed lateral sanitary sewer improvement as described there- in. 4. The Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two successive weeks in the Suburban Press, the official newspaper of the Village, the first'of such pub- lications to be in the issue of said paper dated January 9, 1958, and the second of said publications to be in the issue of said paper dated January 16, 1958.
