Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley, sots, as fellowst
1. The assessment heretofore levied upon property of the Brook -
view or Superior Country Club by resolution adapted on October 1, 1957s on
account of Trunk Sewer Improvement No. 3 of the 'Pillage is hereby canceled.
2. The 'pillage Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to submit
forthwith to the County Auditor and Treasurer of Rennepin County, a certified
copy of this resolution.
3. In the event that amy portion of said assessment upon said
Club has heretofore been Ndd, or shall hereafter be paid, the amount paid
shall be credited as a payment made upon the reassessment of property of
said Club for said improvement adapted this date.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Bies, and upon vote being taken thereon, the. following voted in favor
thereof Bi.es, Flannagan, Radasdy, Scherer, Teresi;
and the following voted against the samet None;
