FOR.. PUBLIC HEARIM ON A LATERAL SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT (LATERAL SANITARY SEWERS - PROJECT leo. 58-L. F. ) (1,6,19120A and 21) BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of -Golden Valley, Minnesota., as follows: 1. In conformity with the previsions of Chapter 398, Session Laws of Minnesota, 1953, this Council proposed to construct a certain lateral san- tary sewer improvement within the Village as stated in the foams of, notice included in Paragraph 4 hereof. 2. The G. M. Orr Engineering Company, the engineerings designated for the project, has reported to the Council advising it in a preliminary ray that the proposed lateral sanitary sewer improvement is feasible and that it should best be made as proposed and in connection with such other lateral sanitary sewer projects as may be and constitute part of Project.No. 58-I.F. and the order for construction in 1958, and has given its estimated cost of the improvement hereinafter described.as followsr Total cost of improvement. $4909063- 3. The Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice included in Paragraph 4 hereof for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed lateral sanitary sewer improvement asdescribed therein. 4. The Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two successive weeks in the Suburban Press, the official newspaper of the Village, the first of such publication to be in the issue of said paper dated February 27, 1958, and the second of said publications to be in the issue of said paper dated March 6, 1958. In conducting said public hearing for making its decision on the proposed improvement, the Tillage Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Chapter 398, MLnnesota. Laws for 1953, as amended. All property within the Tillage which is benefited by the improvement is woposed to be assessed for such improvement as .set forth in the description set forth above, including all property within the described areas an4ror abutting ca streets described above and also including all railroad property and railroad rights -of -nay located in !or abutting on the above described areas. AL1 owners of such property in the areas and abutting upon the streets ,described above, are hereby notified to be present at said public hearing and to make awn their objections to such proposed lateral sanitary sewer improve- ments if any there be.
