Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
"'RESOLUTION ORDERING METERED SEWER CHARGES FOR CERTAIN PREMISES"
Pursuant to Section 46,04 of the Village Code the following listed premises
are to be charged for use and service of the sanitary sewer system based on
the metered flow of water on these premises as it has been determined that
it is impractical to apply the flat rate charges:

In accordance with said Section 46.04 of the Village Code the Council does
hereby order the installation of Meters on the above enumerated premises
as provided in Section 46.05 and 46.06 of the Village Code to provide an
accurate measure of water used on said premises. On such premises where
the water supply is now metered, and such meter installation are approved
by the Village Sewer Superintendent, no additional meters will be required
to be installed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Scherer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the foll6wing voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature
attested by the Clerk.
