#183 07-15-58 Provide Public Hearing Proposed Public ImprovementsResolution No. 183 July -15, 1958
Member Ries introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
"RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS"
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley
that a certain resolution entitled "Resolution Providing for Public Hearing
on Proposed Public Improvements" adopted by the Village Council on ?uly 1,
1958 is hereby amended in Paragraph,4 thereof by deleting, where they occur,
the words "July 17, 1958" and "July 10, 195811, respectively, and by striking
from the form of notice contained in said resolution, where they occur, the
words "July 15, 1958" and substituting in lieu thereof the words "August 5,
1958".
The motion was seconded by Member Teresi and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and
Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said motion was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the
Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
