Member Teresi then introduced the following resolution and MDVED its adoption:
"RESOLUTION"
(Necessity of Disposition of Village Obsolete Buildings)
WHEREAS, the Village now is the owner of the so-called Glorvick House,
a buildinglocated easterly of the Village Hall, and of various buildings
located on the property known as the Thompson Lumber Company property, lying
westerly and northerly.of the Village Hall, and
WHEREAS bids for the removal and/or destruction of the Glorvick House and
the buildings located on the Thompson Lumber Company property have been sol-
icited by advertisements in the official newspaper and metropolitan press and
otherwise, and
WHEREAS, no satisfactory bids have been received,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED:
1) That it is hereby found to be necessary and expendient that said
buildings be removed or destroyed.
2) Tliat the Administrator is hereby directed and authorized to make
such timely arrangements as he may deem wise and necessary for the removal
or destruction of said buildings.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Bies and, upon Note being taken thereon, the following members.voted
in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
