Member Teresi then introduced the following resolution and MOVED its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVMENTS "
(Lateral Sanitary Sewers - Project No. 59-L.F. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 171 199 20 and 21)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P. M. at
7840 Sixth Avenue North in the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after
notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council
has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being fully advised
of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the con-
struction of certain proposed public improvements for said Village, in
accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said
notice, as follows:
3. The cost of said improvement(s) shall be paid out of special assess-
ments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
4. Orr-Schelen, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for the con-
struction of said proposed public improvements, and it is hereby authorized,
ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said
improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the
earliest possible date.

All
of said
work is ordered constructed with the exception of Project
59-L.F.-15,
which is not ordered constructed at this time.
2. It
is hereby found and determined that said public improvement
is
feasible
and can best be constructed as set forth in said report
and
not in
connection with some other improvement (the Council reserves
the
right to consolidate said improvement with other public improvement(s)
at
a later
date if it seems advisable to do so).
3. The cost of said improvement(s) shall be paid out of special assess-
ments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing.
4. Orr-Schelen, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for the con-
struction of said proposed public improvements, and it is hereby authorized,
ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specifications for said
improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following
members voted in favor thereof; Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and
Teresi, and the following voted against the same; None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
