#014 04-07-59 Order Improvements 59-LF-20, 59-LF-22430 �_a Resolution No. 14 April 7, 1959 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption.- RESOLUTION doption:RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS (Lateral Sanitary Sewers - Project No. 59 -IF --20 (Supplemental) and 59 -LF -22) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows.- 1. ollows. 1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 otclock P.M. at 7840 Sixth Avenue North in the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law, this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with the construction of certain proposed public improvements for said Village, in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said notice, as follows: Area 59 -LF -20 (Supplemental): All that property contained in the following parcels: (a) Commencing at a point in the East line of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 118, Range 21, distant 50 ft. South from Northeast corner thereof; thence West 30 ft. thence South 105 ft. thence West 237.5 ft. thence South to Northwest corner of Creekside Addition; thence Easterly to Northeast corner thereof; thence North to beginning. (Adrian Helgeson) Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of Northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 118, Range 21; thence South 50 ft. thence West 30 ft. thence South 105 ft., thence West 237.5 ft.; thence North to North line thereof; thence East to beginning. (Hans Walz) Area 59 -LF -22: All that property which may be served by lateral sanitary sewer installed on Colorado Avenue from Wayzata Boulevard to Laurel Avenue. 2. It is hereby found and determined that said public improvement is feasible and can best be constructed as set forth in said report and not in connection with some other improvement (the Council reserves the right to consolidate said improvement with other public improvement(s) at a later date if it seems advisable to do so). 3. The cost of said improvement(s) shall be paid out of special assessments to be levied as set forth in said notice of public hearing. 4. Orr-Schelen, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for the construction of said proposed public improvement(s), and it is hereby authorized, ordered and instructed to prepare final plans and specif- ications for said improvements and submit the same to the Village Council for approval at the earliest possible date.
