#071 09-15-59 Vacate Streets Oak Trail in Tralee1 1 1 Resolution No. 71 September 15, 1959 Member Flannagan then introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: "RESOLUTION VACATING STREETS AND PORTIONS OF STREETS" WHEREAS, petitions of the majority of the owners of real property fronting on the lines of the streets and portions of streets and an alley described below, have been fuly filed with the Village Council, and said Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published and posted, and has heard all interested persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that said streets and portions of streets and an alley be vacated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that the streets and portions of streets and an alley described below, as the same are now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of said Village be, and the same hereby are, vacated: Street - Oak Trail in Tralee. Alley - Block 3, Kavlis Cedardale, Adjacent to Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. reserving, however, to the Village of Golden Valley, in the case of said vacated street, a perpetual easement for all utility purposes, said per- petual easement being Thirty (30) feet in width, the center line of said easement being the center line of said vacated Oak Trail in Tralee. t Mayor 1. Attest: Village Clerk and Administrator The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
