adoption:
"RESOLUTION ORDERING CONDEMNATION"

WHEREAS, It is necessary, advisable, and in the public interest
that the Village of Golden Valley acquire (an) easement(s) over, across
and in certain lands for all public utilities and storm and surface water
drainage purposes, and
WHEREAS, In order to accomplish this it is necessary to acquire (an)
easement(s) over, across and in the following -described lands, namely:

The East Twenty (20) feet of Lot 5, Busch's Meadow Acres.

ential curve to the left with a radius of 716.20 feet,
a distance of 321.25 feet; thence Southwesterly along
a straight line tangent to the last -described curve

described, are and shall be for all public utility and storm and sur-
face water drainage purposes; the easement(s) across parcels 4,,5, 6,
7 and 8, as above-described, are and shall be for street and road
purposes.
WHEREAS, It has become and is necessary to procure said ease-
ment(s)

ments) and title thereto by right of eminent domain, and
WHEREAS, The Village of Golden Valley believes that the most feasi-
ble location for such street and parts thereto and for such easement(s)
for all public utilities and storm and surface water drainage purposes
is on the lands described above, Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Golden Valley proceed to procure
said easement(s) and title thereto, under its -right of eminent domain,
and that the Village Attorney be instructed and directed to file the
necessary petitions therefor, and to prosecute such action to a succ-
essful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by
the Village or by the Court; and that the Village Attorney, the Mayor,
and the Clerk, do all things necessary to be done in the commencement,
prosecution, and successful termination of such action.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None,-
whereupon
one,whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
