#088 12-15-59 Accept Plat Clover Leaf Terrace, 2nd Addition1 Fj Resolution No. 88 December 15, 1959 Member Flannagan introduced and read the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Platting of Clover Leaf Terrace, 2nd Addition) WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat, to be known as Clover Leaf Terrace 2nd Addition of the following -described tract of land.- That and: That part of the Southwest Quarter (4) of Section 19, Township 29, Range 24, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the West line of the Southwest Quarter (4) of Section 19, distant 1155 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (4); thence East on a line at right angles to the West line of said Southwest Quarter (1), a distance of 320.8 feet, more or less, to an angle point in the Easterly line of the right of way of State Highway No. 100; thence continuing East along said right angle line, said line being along the right of way line of said State Highway No. 100, a distance of 27.6 feet to an angle point in said Highway right of way; thence Northwesterly along the Easterly line of said right of way of said highway 15.4 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence East along a line forming a right angle with the West line of said Southwest Quarter (4) of Section 19, a distance of 256.34 feet; thence Southeasterly deflecting to the right at an angle of 750 -041' from last described course, a distance of 156.25 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of the right of way of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway; thence Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said railway right of way, to an intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 43 rods South of the North line of the Southwest Quarter (4) of said section; thence West along said parallel so drawn to the Easterly right of way line of State Highway No. 100; thence Southerly along said highway right of way line to the actual point of beginning. WHEREAS all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be and the same hereby is accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as Resolution No. 88 (Continued) December 15, 1959 you do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. yor Attest: Vi ` age Cleirk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Teresi and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
