#113 04-19-60 Order Improvements 60-LF-4 Thru 20Resolution No. 113 April 19, 1960
Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
(Lateral Sanitary Sewers - Project 60 -LF, 4-8, 10, 12-17, 19 and 20)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That at a public hearing held on this day at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at
the address of 7800 Golden Valley Road in the Village of Golden Valley,
Minnesota, after notice of said hearing duly published as required by law,
this Council has consulted the views of all persons interested and, being
fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed with
the construction of certain proposed public improvements for said Village,
in accordance with the description of said improvements contained in said
notice, except as follows: Project 60 -LF 19.
2. It
is hereby
found and determined that said public improvements are
feasible and
can best
be constructed as
set forth in said report and not in
connection with
some
other improvement

consolidate
said improvement
with other
public improvements at a later date

4. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the
construction of said proposed public improvements, and he is hereby

approval at the earliest possible date.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Teresi and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted
in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Teresi; and the following voted against
the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk.
