RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION VACATING PART OF PLYMOUTH AVENUE That certain resolution adopted by the Village Council on the 5th day of April., 1960, and entitled Resolution Vacating Part of Plymouth Avenue, is hereby rescinded insofar as it applies to the following -described tract of land: B. That part of the Southwest Quarter (4) of the Southeast Quarter (4) of Section 30, Township 118, Range 21 lying S outheasterly of the South- easterly line of Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6), Glenwood View, and West of the Southerly exten- sion of the East line of Lot Six (6), Block Six (6), Glenwood View. C. That part of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northeast Quarter (4) of Section 31, Township 118, Range 21, lying West of the Southerly exten- sion of the East line of Lot Six (6), Block Six (6), Glenwood View, Southerly of Lot One (1), Busch's Meadow Acres, and Northwesterly of a line 33 feet Northerly of and parallel to the following described line: Commencing at a point on the North line of Section 31, Township 118, Range 21, a distance of 1901.26 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southwesterly on a tangential curve to the left, with a radius of 716.20 feet, a distance of 321.25 feet; thence continuing Southwesterly, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 405.70 feet to the West line of the Northeast Quarter (4) of Section 31, Town- ship 118, Range 21, and there terminating. Attest: �z - Vill Manager lerk) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Scherer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. 1 1
