#153 09-06-60 Accept Plat Ewald Terrace1 Resolution No. 153 September 6, 1960 Member Teresi introduced and read the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Platting of Ewald Terrace) WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat, to be known as Ewald Terrace, of the following -described tract of land: All that part of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4), Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, lying North of the Centerline of Ridgeway Road, except that part lying Fast of the following - described line. Commencing at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter (J) of the Northwest Quarter (a) distant 378.9 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 2101.40" East a distance of 412.98 feet, more or less, to a point in the center line of the aforementioned Ridgeway Road. Subject to easements over the West 33 feet and also over the Southeasterly 33 feet thereof for road purposes. For the purposes of this description the North line of said Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, is considered to be due East and West. WHEREAS all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the said proposed plat be and the same hereby is accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. -Mayor Attest: Villag tYanager (Clerk) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favore thereof: Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
