Resolution No, 184 December 7, 1960
Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Acceptance of Platting of
R. W. Wormsbecker Addition)
WHEREAS all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized
and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all other
things necessary and proper in the premises.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Flannagan and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
