Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption:
RESOLUTION
(Vacation of Part of Ardmore Drive
and Part of Plymouth Avenue)
WHEREAS, petitions of the majority of the owners of real property
fronting on the line of the streets and portions of streets described below
have been duly filed with the Village Council, and said Council has"met at
the time and place specified in a notice duly published, and has heard all
interested persons, and it appears in the interest of the public that said
streets and portions of streets be vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Golden Valley that the streets and portions of streets described
below, as the same are now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits
of said Village be, and the same hereby are, vacated:
(1) Commencing at a point on the North line of
Tract B, Registered Land Survey:No. 889,
distant 103 feet West of the most Easterly
corner of said Tract B; thence West along
the Westerly extension of the North line of
said Tract B, a distance of 32.9 -feet to a
point distant 45 feet Southeasterly at right
angles from the Northwesterly curb line of
Ardmore Drive; thence deflecting to the left
at an angle of 35 degrees 4 minutes and running
Southwesterly and parallel with said Northwest-
erly curb line of Ardmore Drive, a distance of
78 feet to an intersection with the Northwesterly
extension of the Southwesterly line of said
Tract B; thence Southeasterly along said extended
line, a distance of 3.3 feet to the most Westerly
corner of said Tract B; thence Northeasterly
along the Northwesterly line of said Tract B,
a distance of 101 feet to a point 8.8 feet
South of the point of beginning; thence a distance
of 8.8 feet to the point of beginning.
(2) That part of the Southwest Quarter (4) of the
Southeast Quarter (4) of Section 30, Township
118, North, Range 21 West, lying Southeasterly
of the Southeasterly line of Lot 7, Block 6,
Glenwood View, and West of the Southerly extension
of the East line of Lot 6, Block 6, Glenwood View.
Also that part of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the
Northeast Quarter (4) of Section 31, Township 118,
North, Range 21 West, lying West of the Southerly
extension of the East line of Lot 6, Block 6, Glenwood
View, Southerly of Lot 1, Busch's Meadow Acres, and
Northwesterly of a line 33 feet Northerly of and
parallel to the following -described line: Commencing

at a point on the North line of said Section 31,
a distance of 1901.26 feet West of the Northeast
corner thereof; thence Southwesterly on a tangential
curve to the left, with a radius of 716.20 feet, a
distance of 321.25 feet; thence continuing South-
westerly, tangent to the last -described curve, a
distance of 405.70 feet to the West line of the North-
east Quarter (4) of said Section 31, and there
terminating.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members
voted in favor thereof: Bies, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the same: None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
