#018 04-04-61 Accept Plat Golden Manor Addition, Brunswick CourtResolution No. 18 April 4, 1961 Member Scherer introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Platting of Golden Manor Addition; and Brunswick Court, 2nd Addition) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plats, to be known as Golden Manor Addition and Brunswick Court, 2nd Addition, of the following -described tracts of land: 1. Golden Manor Addition Lot 82, Auditor's Subdivision No. 322 and that part of the Northeast Quarter (4) of the Northeast Quarter (4) of Section S, Township 117, Range 21, described as follows: Commencing on the North line of said Quarter Quarter, distant 30 rods West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence at a right angle South 16 rods; thence at a right angle West 20 rods; thence at a right angle North 16 rods to the North line of said Quarter Quarter; thence East along said North line to the point of beginning. 2. Brunswick Court, 2nd Addition Block 3, Yarnall's Golden Valley Outlots, except the South 82.5 feet thereof. WHEREAS, all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plats be and the same hereby are accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plats as you do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. Attest: Mayor Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
