#036 06-06-61 Accept Plat Ewald ManorResolution No. 36 June 6, 1961 Member Bies introduced and read the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Platting of Ewald Manor) WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, -pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat, to be known as Ewald Manor, of the following -described tract of land: All that part of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, lying North of of the center line of: Ridgeway Road, and lying East of the following -described line: Commencing at a point on the North line of said North- west Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4), distant 378.9 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 21 degrees, 40',`40" East, a distance of 412.98 feet, more or less, to a point in the center line of the aforementioned Ridgeway Road, Subject to an ease- ment over the Southeasterly 30 feet thereof for road purposes. For the purposes of this description, the North line of said Northwest Quarter (4) of Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, is considered to be due East and West; and that part of the Northeast Quarter (4) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of said Section 5 lying Northwesterly of the centerline of Ridgeway Road, subject to an easement over the Southeasterly 30 feet thereof for road purposes. WHEREAS, All persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, that said proposed plat be, and the same hereby is accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. Mayor Attest: Village Clexk Resolution No. 31 (Continued) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Scherer and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk. u
