#048 07-05-61 Accept Plat Creative Center Graphic ArtsResolution No. 48 83 July 5, 1961 Member Bies introduced and read the following written resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Acceptance of Platting of Creative Center - Graphic Arts) WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, pursuant to due notice, has on this date conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat, to be known as Creative Center (Graphic Arts), of the following -described tract of land: That part of the East Half (2) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of Section 29, Township 118, Range 21, lying Easterly of the Minneapolis, Northfield and Southern Railway, except a triangular piece of ground measured 30 feet along the Easterly right-of-way of said railway and 300 feet measured along the Snutherly biundary of Medicine Lake Road, and also except the West 100 feet of the East 305 feet of the North 208 feet of the North- west Quarter (4) of said Section 29, And also part of the West Half (z) of the Northwest Quarter (4) of the Northeast Quarter (4) of Section 29, Township 118, Range 21, lying Southerly of St. Croix Avenue as now laid out and traveled. WHEREAS all persons present were given the opportunity to be heard, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that said proposed plat be and the same hereby is accepted and approved, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the original and copy of said plat as you do all other things necessary and proper in the premises. __kA�\q'k Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resnlutinn was duly seconded by Member Scherer, and upon vete being taken therein, the fallowing voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
