#068 08-15-61 Approve Water System Financing14 Resolution No. 68 August 15, 1961 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION UNDER PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC LAW 345, 84th CONGRESS (Water System Financing) RESOLUTION OF GOVERNING BODY OF APPLICANT Resolution authorizing filing of application with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, United States of America, for a loan under the terms of Public Law 345, 84th Congress, approved August 11, 1955, as amended. WHEREAS, under the terms of said Public Law 345, the United States of America has authorized the making of loans to public agencies to aid in financing the construction of specific public projects: Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved By Village of Golden Valley, 1. That Roger K. Ulstad be and he is hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of Village of Golden Valley with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, United States Government, for a loan to aid in financing the construction of Water Utility. 2. That Roger K. Ulstad, Village Manager, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the Housing and Home Finance Agency may reasonably request in connection with the application which is herein authorized to be filed. CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER The undersigned duly qualified and acting Village Clerk of the Village of Golden Valley does hereby certify: That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of the resolution, authorizing the filing of application with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, as regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting of the Village of Golden Valley duly held on the 15th day of August, 1961; and further that: such res- olution has been fully recorded in the journal of proceedings and records in my office.
