#096 12-06-61 Revoke County State Aid Highways16 169 Resolution No. 96 December 6, 1961 Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION (Revoking County State Aid Highways) WHEREAS, It appears to the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley that the road described as follows, to -wit: Municipal State -Aid Street No. 396 - Unnamed Street from Douglas Drive to Trunk Highway No. 100. Municipal State -Aid Street No. 397 -,Unnamed Street from Trunk Highway No. 100 to Golden Valley Road. be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Highway of said Village subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration. Adopted December 6, 1961. Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Bies and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Clerk.
