(61-WM-37)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden

1. That a waiver of notice of public hearing and of public
hearing of all affected property owners having been received in connection
with proposed water main improvement No. 61-WM-37, and the Council having
consulted the views of all persons interested and being fully advised of

of said improvement.

ment is feasible and can best be constructed as proposed and as hereinafter
set forth.

assessments to be levied as provided for by law.
4. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer
for the project, and plans and specifications heretofore prepared by him
are hereby approved.
5. With reference to said improvement No. 61=WM-37, the

construction of all other lateral water mains to be installed in 1961,
the base amount of said contract being $1,665.09, that said contractor
under the terms of said contract will perform all work in extremely close
proximity to Project 61-WM-37; and that the Village Engineer is hereby
authorized and instructed to proceed with said Project No. 61-WM-37 by
issuing a Change Order to said Lametti & Sons, Inc., directing the said
