#101 01-02-62 Order Reports 62-WM-4 Thru 39Resolution No. 101 January 2, 1962 Member Bies introduced the following resolution and MOVED its adoption: RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITIONS AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORTS (1962 Lateral Water Main Improvements No. 62-WM-4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 13, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 32, 33, 35, 37 and 39) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Various petitions requesting the installation of the above-named Lateral Water Main Improvements which are more particularly described in said petitions are hereby declared to be signed by the re- quired percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Annotated 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Engineer, and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the pro- posed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. I� Mayor Attest: Village Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Scherer and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by the Mayor and his signature attested by the Village Clerk.
